In a quest for revenge, Lucifer rallied an army of spirits to overthrow the Heavenly Court, only to be met with fierce opposition from Gabriel, the Great Archangel. Their clash lasted days until both armies, drained and injured, were dragged into the Lake of Fire.

However, miraculously protected by divine power, their spirits escaped annihilation and were instead sealed within magical crystals, destined to be reborn as twins.
